(DE) Das Hoffen auf das Morgen. Risiken abwägen. Voreilige Schlüsse vermeiden. Motivation durch weit entfernte Utopien erzwingen. Woody Allen hat mal gesagt: “Die Ewigkeit dauert lange, besonders gegen Ende.” Und dennoch stand halbgar nicht zur Debatte. Dafür haben zuviele Leute bei der Entstehung dieses Albums geholfen. Dafür ist es zu wichtig. ‘CUTTING MY ROOTS’ war bereits vor der Pandemie inspiriert durch Veränderungen. Es handelt in drei Akten von Fortschritt, Ohnmacht und Zerfall. Die Wurzeln sind dieselben, doch die Triebe hatten viel Zeit. Es ist uns eine Ehre, euch endlich unser Zweitwerk präsentieren zu dürfen. “Das zweite Album ist immer das schwerste” heißt es oft. Wir hatten ja keine Ahnung. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es auf dem Weg und PRIOR THE END ist wieder da. Wir freuen uns auf den neuen Zyklus mit euch. In diesem Sinne. Danke.

Too important. ‘CUTTING MY ROOTS’ was inspired by change, long before the pandemic. Orchestrated in three acts about Progress, Stalemate and Retreat. The roots are the same, but the sprouts had a lot of time. We are honored to present you our follow up album. ‘The second one is always the hardest’ they said. We had no idea.
